Building Canvas App connecting to D365 for finance and operations

Hello,
I'm trying to build Canvas app Connecting to Dynamic365 for finance and operations, and I'm facing two main issues as following:

  1. I'm not able to see all of Dynamic 365 for F&O Tables and I can see only some of it (I cannot see The complicated tables like Inventory Transactions for example).
  2. Sometimes while inserting a Field into a Form, I found that field data type doesn't match my requirements. and sometimes i can see the same field duplicated two times with two different types, so where can i control Fields data type in Powerapps?
    For Example, I would like to change the field type from text to Complex.
    Here I Found two Fields for "Project Category" One with data type Text and other with ComplexHere I Found two Fields for "Project Category" One with data type Text and other with Compleximage.png

    There are a number of tables in Dataverse that are restricted for use only if you have a Dynamics 365 license.  I suspect that is the problem you are having.  MS does this to keep people from building a limited version of something like CRM without buying CRM licensing.  You can read about it here:
