Hi all,

When using Attachments in Data Entity, understand that they put in Notes, but how we see it outside our Apps ?

Can we see it in for example, in the list of our entity and look for the specific entity and just browse it. Might event is it possible edit the contains of the Notes ?

Yeah, you are right. These files attached to a Entity record through "Attachments" control would be added into Notes Entity.

You could go to the Notes Entity in your PowerApps web portal to see these stored files record:

But if you want to access or preview these store files in Notes Entity directly from your Notes Entity, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs.

These attached files stored in the Notes Entity would be stored as a binary content within the Document field as below:

If you want to edit the attached file from the Notes Entity directly, there is also no way to achieve your needs. Currently, as an available solution, you could open your canvas app, then go to edit a specific item, then you could modify the attachments for specific item through the Attachments control.

Note: You could delete the attached files in Notes Entity directly
