I am having trouble creating a bot in the wrong environment, since I created in a wrong environment. it is not allowing me to create new one now

Hi Partner

You can sign out and login again with the correct credentials and then create a bot in required environment.

I have tried this Akash but did not work, some admin have to go and delete this bot, until then I cannot create new bot now

yes, until the one that I have is not cleared I cannot create new one. I am blocked from participating in the Hackathon event

here is the error message
The bot may not exist or you do not have the needed permissions. Contact the environment's admin.

Hi

Currently this is a known error, just verify if you are a part of root Business unit on the org that you are trying to create a bot.

If you are a part of a child Business unit then this error is expected while creating a bot

I can understand about hackathon event as this sound very familiar to me.

You will face the issue.
All the bots that you created earlier would still be there however new bots would not be possible. This is because of MS internal environment change that just happened for all MS employees.

I would suggest to open a support request with Microsoft support so that support team can fix this issue.
