Hi members,

 

I need to make a technical report (more detailed design) about all the 20+ solutions available.

Instead of opening each page and copying each property manually, I'm looking for alternatives and I consider some of you already had to do it before.

 

Any form of extract info to a csv/xml, etc will be much app

    There's a few options here:

     

    • Option 1 - install Power Platform CoE, which would pull details of the different solutions you have installed in the various environments in your tenant. Then build visualisation of the solution entity created as a result.
    • If you wanted a more lightweight solution, you could install CoE starter kit in a trail environment, then locate the Admin | Sync Template v3 (Solutions) flow and make a version of this that pulls the details into a CSV or excel file as opposed to creating records in the solutions Dataverse table
