Power apps to display previous selected data

Hi , I am new to power apps and I am creating an app for the users to choose their ratings , Upon submission these data gets stored in a SharePoint list .

Now , when they login back again after few weeks or months , I want the last chosen ratings to be displayed , so that they can only change the ratings of the questions which have changed during the duration ..

Can some one guide me ??

Hi @AshwinSunder ,

You could create a list to save the user's choices. When the user uses the app, only need to filter the list according to the user's email address, and sort by date to get the most recent record, so that the user's last choice can be obtained.

My App is something like this and the user checks on the radio button options and select next and does the same for the remaining topics and finally submits the data ....
When he comes back to the app after few weeks and select his corresponding shop , I want the screen to have the previous radio button choice selected ...
