Steps taken:
- Changed the format of the FAQ document to ensure it includes the links (tried PDF, Excel, etc.).
- Updated the instructions in the chatbot's overview to include directives for citing URLs (see screenshot)
- Tested the chatbot's responses to see if it includes the direct links.
- Despite the reference document containing the links and updating the instructions, the chatbot is not citing the direct links in its responses.
