This is my first post as this is my first issue.
I'm using the PDF viewer to display documents from a SharePoint library using the substitute function.
User selects the row in a gallery on the left side of the screen and then displays the selected document in the viewer on the right side of the page. This is working perfectly; however, when users click on the 'open file' button in the PDF viewer controls, the button is no longer responding.
This is the first time it has happened. I can confirm that there have been no updates or changes made to the App in over a month. This problem has only started happening about 3 days ago. I have tried refreshing data sources and this has done nothing.
On a separate note - I also use another App with the exact same screen, gallery and data source which still works perfectly. So im confused about what has happened.
Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.
