I am getting this error upon creating a Co-pilot to work on Sharepoint site even though I am working on the Personal Productivity environment
Hi @smagraw,
It looks like Data Loss prevention policies have been setup which are preventing you from using a certain connector or maybe even HTTP requests. So, I would suggest to contact somebody who manages your DLP in your tenant, to double check.
Below is an article which shows how these type of policies are setup:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/admin-data-loss-prevention
Btw, they can add contact details to make this error a bit user friendly:

Thanks. It seems I am still able to get answers from the Bot for certain Sharepoint connections but not from all. Is there a Sharepoint classification or any other Shrepoint setting coming into play too
What type of setup in your bot topics are you using. Are you calling cloud flows with specific actions. If so, share more details about this.
Generally speaking it is possible to target a single site with a DLP policy from Purview. But I am not sure if that type of policy is affecting this generic error in your situation.
I would need a bit of more information of your Purview DLP setup, your Power Platform admin Data policy setup and your topic setup though.
