Customized SharePoint Form not launching from SharePoint List

Hi, 

I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem it only start happening to day after Microsoft release this update. yesterday. 

 

I'm not build a canvas app, but it look like they have blocked this as well. has anyone got a work around ?
