How to deploy a solution with an app using a custom connector

Hello,

I try to migrate an app using a custom connector to a solution.
Before, I've created my custom connector on the new environment.
I've added it in the solution in my dev environment and eveything works good.

But when I deploy my solution to my test environment, I cannot connect to my custom connector, I have the following errors:

I have edit the app in the managed solution (what is deprecated), remove and add the custom connector and after that, it works but it's not a viable solution.

Could someone help me?

    Hey,

You need to add your custom connector to you Test environment.

You can either recreate it or import it in a seperated solution.

If this solvede your porblem please accept it as solution so others can find it as well.
If it helped in any other way consider liking it so we can keep supporting eachother.

Yes, I've tested the custom connector and it works.

One question: is it needed to put the custom connector in the solution. I put it in dev and remark that it create a second instance of the custom connector in test that doesn't work. That's why I have to edit the app in preprod to reconnect with the good instance of my custom connector.

Yes if it hasn't been in this solution in your test environment it will recreate another version of the app.

Solutions only look after other solurions not if an app or connector with the same name/content already exists

I've made a new test. So I've removed the solution from test and deploy it from dev with the custom connector inside.

And it create a second instance of my custom connector. So maybe, the custom connector must stay outside of the solution?
