Hey, I was trying to make a business rule with the condition if the date is greater or equal to today's date, but i can't seem to find a way to achieve that. The closest thing i could get was to set some formula or manually change the day. is it possible to get today's date that automatically change by the time? Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately not possible via formula. What you could do is define a new calculated field and set it to Now(). Then in your business rule you can compare if Due Date is greater than the calculated date field.
Other options are using JavaScript, or use a synchronous workflow that triggers on creation/update of the record.
