How to add a FAQ site from a private domain to suggested topics in power virtual agents. When we try to add this I a getting a message "We couldn’t connect to this link, or it’s not secure. Make sure it’s secure (beginning with https://) and that it’s a working link."
I am able to add FAQ sites available in public domain. But when I try to add sites that are available only to our company domain, I am getting the error message, "We couldn’t connect to this link, or it’s not secure. Make sure it’s secure (beginning with https://) and that it’s a working link." even if I am connected to my office network via VPN.
Could you suggest what is the issue?
