Syntex vs AI Builder

I have some Syntex models trained and functioning in my SharePoint environment.

Now I would like to use one of the Syntex models in a Power App to read scanned data. It can already read data uploaded to SharePoint, but now I would like to make it mobile.

I do not see any of the models under AI Builder:

Should I? Am I missing a step? Can I use Syntex AI models in Power Apps?

Now if I pick any of the OOTB models, marked as Premium, and use it in an App,

I get an error message, saying

"You don't have the rights to this model. Ask the owner to share it with you"

I am the owner of the app. I just created it. Did I miss the step? Or is it because of licensing?

For transparency, I have currently the following licenses assigned:

Microsoft 365 Business Premium

SharePoint Syntex

Microsoft Power Automate Free

Microsoft Power Apps Plan 2 Trial

Apologies for the German in the screenshots. I thought they would be helpful in explaining the scenario anyway.

    Hi @AnoAcco ,

AI Builder models created through Syntex are usually present in the Power Platform "Default" environment. Are you in this environment?

About the pre-built model, can you also try in default environment if you weren't in this environment already?

By the way, the first image you shared is the AI Builder explore page, not the models list page 😉

    Hi @Antrod

    Thank you for your response.

I am in the default environment. It's a small tenant, we have only one so far.

Under my models, I can see only the one created directly in AI Builder. "Shared with me" is empty.

The models I see in SharePoint:

    Hi @AnoAcco ,

Perhaps you are not using a model that is created in AI Builder?

Note that only these 2 models are creating models in AI Builder:

The other ones are only visible in SharePoint Syntex.

Thanks. That might be it. I have tough time getting round to testing this, but I still wanted to let you know that I appreciate the answer and sounds helpful.
