Complex two part form has me struggling

Hello

I am trying to convert a paper form into a power app. Its to monitor the pouring of concrete

It will have a top header section of information that is relevant to all pours that day i.e. Location, structure and weather. And then a bottom section for each individual pour i.e. volume, how it did in the testing, time of pour

I want each pour to have a row on SharePoint, with both the shared data and the unique data.

I have a vague idea of a "Start new pour" button that opens up the second form in a new window

Thank you very much for your help

It sounds like a one to many relationship. You should have a table for jobs and one for pours. The pours table will need a number column, jobID, that links to the ID of the Jobs list. You will need two forms, one for jobs and one for pours.

Thanks for the assistance. I'll do a bit a research on this and see if it clears up my problem

I split the form in two using this solution

Then the second part saves and redirects to the second page. The each time it saves both parts of the form are added to my SharePoint list
