Hello,
On my helpdesk app, I have a background that I uploaded to the media area of Power Apps. When I publish the app, the image doesn't show on the background and I am presented with a white canvas instead. All other items such as text and buttons are still in place and are visible.
Is there any way to fix this?

All I can add is that I used the same template - maybe you need to load a new one and test it to confirm this.
I'm just updating the thread more than anything as it could be an issue for someone else in the future.
I made a blank canvas app and could see the image on my phone, so I feel like it is something to do with the way my HelpDesk template is set up?

I am not sure how to respond further - it simply should work on all devices if you have uploaded the image to your media.

I found that when I launch the app on my PC using its web link, I see the image.
When I load it on my phone using the PowerApps app, it doesn't work.
Even when I load it with the web link on my mobile, I can't see the image.
Then I will continue to work on it - I will try a fresh application tomorrow and find out what is going on hopefully.
I have no answer for you - it should work (and does for my test on the same app)
This is what I mean though, I don't know why it isn't working.

I actually downloaded the app and did exactly that (uploaded an image to Media) and the image showed fine as below
