Images don't appear on apps

Hello,

On my helpdesk app, I have a background that I uploaded to the media area of Power Apps. When I publish the app, the image doesn't show on the background and I am presented with a white canvas instead. All other items such as text and buttons are still in place and are visible.

Is there any way to fix this?

Hi @HeronS98 ,

Assuming it is in an Image control and positioned at the back, you might check if something non-transparent is in front of it.

I have brought the image to the front and I still cannot see it.

So when I publish it with the default that it comes with, I can see the image on the app.
But when I literally name swap the image in the data, I will see my image instead of the one above, but I will not see it on the app.

Delete the rectangle shown below and you should be able to see your image

I deleted the BackgroundDim and I still only see a white background.

I actually downloaded the app and did exactly that (uploaded an image to Media) and the image showed fine as below
