Does anyone know the specific privilege(s) required to allow users to edit the “Worked By” field when they select a queue item and use the “Queue Item Details” button on the ribbon?
I tried to play with different access/privileges for the queue and activity entities but the “worked by” field is still locked for them. Tried to look for queue item entity privileges but that didn’t seem to exist.
interesting thing is that users are able to Pick or route the queue item and that assigns a user to the worked by firld but for some reason they can’t directly edit the “worked by” field
