Data does into Sharepointlist but not into app

When I enter a new empoleyees name in the app, the name and info does show up in the Sharepoint list for the app, but afterwards, I cannot find the name when I search his name in the app. Can someone help me with this issue? Thanks alot!

Ps. It used to work previously.

Hi Rebekka,

After submitting data from you app towards SharePoint, you need to refresh your datasource in the app to have it visible. You can do this by using the following powerfx directly after the submitting.
Refresh(SPListName)

@RebekkaRisom - What formula are you using to search for your name? It might be that you're using a non delegable formula and the number of records in your SharePoint list has exceeded the maximum row limit value in the settings.

Hi. Thanks for your repsonse! Where in the settings of the app can I do this? I am only maintaining the appp - I did not develop it myself, so I don't know how to follow you surgestion.

@RebekkaRisom You rely need to edit the app and look into the powerfx code to see if the refresh code is written. You can see in the top right corner a stethoscope icon. If you click on it shows errors and warnings. In the warning section it mentions delegation.

Can you tell us how many items there are in your SP list. If more then 500 or 2000 (depending on the settings) you could indeed face delegation

Hi @BrechtF . This is the one i found yes. In the list there apears to be 509 names entered in the app.

The marked option to fix the problem, seems maybe to be relevant? Can someone expain me how I can do this?
