Save topic, Test your bot, topic health check all these buttons get disappear and not able to save the modifications. Do you know why those buttons disappear ? is there any other ways to save the topic ?
Can you supply a screenshot? Seeing exactly where you are would help.

The menu disappears and I cannot save the changes.
Sorry, I haven't seen that before and can't reproduce it. What video resolution are you running at? I've seen similar things in Power Automate if your display resolution is too small.
This issue was observed while working on the PVA application through teams. While developing logic for a topic if it's not saved for a too long period the save and additional options would disappear. I used to go back to the PVA home page -> select the bot -> topics -> select topic, the session would get refreshed and those options will appear again.
Thank you for your answer! It is easy to bring the options back, the bad part is losing the changes I guess 😄
