🔄 Issue 1: Dataverse Table Change Trigger Not Firing

Even though changes are visible in the Dataverse table, your Power Automate flow isn't triggering. This is a known issue and could be due to several reasons:

     Checklist to Troubleshoot:

    1. Ensure the Table is Enabled for Change Tracking:

      • Go to the table in Power Apps > Settings > Enable Change Tracking.
    2. Verify the Trigger Scope:

      • Make sure the trigger is set to the correct scope (e.g., Organization vs. User).
    3. Check for Lookup or Virtual Tables:

      • Triggers often don’t work reliably on virtual tables or tables with only lookup fields  .
    4. Flow Environment Match:

      • Ensure your flow is in the same environment as the Dataverse table.
    5. Recreate the Flow:

      • Sometimes, deleting and recreating the flow helps reset the trigger.
    6. Use the Correct Trigger:

      • Use “When a row is added, modified or deleted” from the Dataverse connector, not the legacy CDS one .

🛠️ Issue 2: Unable to Install Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Provisioning App

This app has specific prerequisites and limitations:

    ⚠️ Common Installation Issues:

    • Environment Type: Must be Sandbox or Trial with “Enable Dynamics 365 apps” turned on during creation.
    • Licensing: You need a valid license (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management). The license must be assigned in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)  .
    • Storage: At least 1 GB of available Dataverse and Operations capacity.
    • Schema Type: If your environment is of type Standard, the app won’t install  .

     Fix Steps:

    1. Check your environment type and schema.
    2. Ensure the required license is assigned to your user.
    3. Try installing in a new environment created with the ERP template.
    4. If still blocked, contact your global admin to verify license sync.
