Is it possible to make this run faster? It takes 10 sec to finish. All it does is when the weekly value changes, it also update the monthly total in a different gallery.

@NewBee117 If you wrap the Patch statements inside a Concurrent() function they will run simultaneously and make it faster. Give it a try!
I rearrange the code so I can use Concurrent(), now it is 40% faster. Thank you @CNT .
