I am currently exploring using Power Apps for my small business but I'm having trouble understanding the licensing and setup and after an hour spent googling around I'm still not 100% clear. I'm hoping someone can help answer the below questions:
- Do I need a Microsoft 365 for Business subscription to use Power Apps? If so, is a Basic plan sufficient?
- Does the Power Apps subscription include Dataverse? Will I be able to host all of my data within Dataverse and submit my data there through my app?
- Is Power Automate included in my Power Apps license or will I need to purchase it separately?
- I'm trying to understand the total cost I would be looking at. Would I be correct in assuming that per user per month I would be paying the Microsoft 365 basic subscription cost + the Power Apps per app cost for a total of CAD $19.20 per user per month?
- Is there anything else I should know when going down this path?
