Copilot Studio in GCC: Web Crawling and SharePoint Integration Capabilities?

We are a GCC customer currently building Copilot agents using Copilot Studio free trial. I have two key questions about the capabilities available in the GCC environment:

Web Crawling or Site Access: In the commercial version of Copilot Studio, it’s possible to add a website as a knowledge source so the bot can crawl public content. In GCC, this does not appear to be available. Is there any way to enable site crawling or allow the bot to directly access our public site content without manually uploading PDFs or Word documents? If not, is this a permanent limitation or something that may change?
SharePoint Search Agent: Can Copilot Studio in GCC be used to build an agent that searches a SharePoint site or library to retrieve relevant documents? For example, we have an internal IT SharePoint library with policy and training files. Can we configure the bot to respond to queries like “show me all documents related to timeclocks” and return matching items from that library?

Would appreciate any clarification or guidance on current capabilities and recommended workarounds.
