Power Virtual Agent Bot Error Handling

Users accessing PVA bot from Microsoft teams often get error like
"Sorry, the bot can't talk for a while. It's something the bot's owner needs to address. Error code: 2003. Conversation ID: xxxx;messageid=xxxx Time (UTC): xxxx<https://teams.microsoft.com/l/message/xxxxx &amp;allowXTenantAccess=false>"
 
Is there a way to capture this system generated errors and process the same to display customized messages to users.

    Not yet, this error is one of the most breaking ones so the bot wouldn't even be able to handle the message. If you are seeing this message, you should open a support ticket.
