I've created a bot in Copilot Studio and provided some documents as data and enabled the "Boost conversational coverage with generative answers". After publishing the bot, the bot is working fine with the generative answers in the Demo website, but when i tried to chat with the bot in the MS Teams, then it throws the error: "Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: System Error."Though I enabled the authentication to Teams only, then also getting same error. The Bot is working fine with the Topics, but somehow it is not working for "Boost conversational coverage with generative answers" in the MS Teams.
I have the same issue. The whole purpose of my bot is to produce generative answers from uploaded documentations. Works fine in demo website and in Copilot Studio but not in MS Teams. Me and my users are receiving the same error message. Other topics works fine it is only the "Boost conversational coverage with generative answers" topic which creates the error message.
Same issue here. MS breaking stuff prior to build or something?
I thought "maybe" I had to be using new Teams... but I converted and that wasn't it.
I am getting the same error message on my BOT using generative boost and 2 uploaded documents.Another BOT using generative boost across websites is working fine.Anyone still getting the same error message?
I am still getting the error. I noticed that new copilots and up to a month old work fine on Teams. But older than that will get an error. Is it also the same with you guys?
My BOT was set up several months ago but i made some changes yesterday and since then i have been getting the error message when accessing through Teams. Works perfectly in demo website.I have removed all authentication and made some progress. I now get an error and the generative answer .. baby steps ... haha
Now turned back on TEAM AUTH and republish and same as previous error message
I tried to store the response of the Generative Answer block to a variable. Then display that variable as the reply to the user's question. I no longer have the error.
By the way, I also disable the "Send a message" on the Advance part below the Latency Message of the Generative Answer block.
I have the issue occurring across a BOT which is set up using adaptive card for generative answer block. I have same set up on another BOT and that one is running fine. Only difference, I made a change yesterday to the BOT with an issue. so flaky with BOTS published to Teams. They seem to run perfectly in demo site
