Add a custom entity to the phonecall partylist

Hi,

I'm trying to add a custom entity to my PhoneCall PartyList (to/from).

Enabling the entity for email makes it show up in the PartyList for Emails, but there doesn't seem to be a way to add it to the PhoneCall/Fax/Letter party lists

Is this possible somehow?

hi @joeristroy

When we create a custom table and select a new activity in the properties, by default that table will have all Dataverse activities associated with it.

That just makes it show up in the regarding list, which is not what i'm looking for, I want to be able to use it in the From/To fields

hi @joeristroy

The default partylist fields are associated with a default table
In case you need to add other tables, you must enable the following option
What you should know is that in your table an email field associated with the table is created to be able to use it in the partylist

@Jmanriquerios While this does allow the record to be saved after clicking the phone icon and prepopulating the "call To" field with currently selected record, it does not allow searching any of the records in that custom table.
And it throws a script error when toggling the Direction field.

@Jmanriqueriosas your suggested solution does not fix my issue, I cant mark it as accepted.

As far as I can tell, what I am trying to do just isn't supported by the platform at this point, so I'll just have to wait until it is.

@joeristroyThe idea was created here : https://ideas.powerapps.com/d365community/idea/04bd3565-e1d7-ee11-92bd-000d3ae54be7 to suggest that MS implement the feature. Please approve it to increase the chances of seeing it implemented one day 😉.
