Symbol/icon in input & List Dyn CRM Symbol

Hej everyone,

i would like to resemble the standard Power Apps input field with an icon (you can see what i mean on the attached Screenshot) in my next PCF Control.

Do you know of an easier way to do this than copying the CSS from an Power App (t.e.x Dynamics 365 Sales)?

I saw the article from Andrew regarding Font-Awesome. But those icons do not look exactly like the once that are in the font "Dyn CRM Symbol". Unfortunately i can not find a list of icons/symbols that are in the "Dyn CRM Symbol"-Font. Has some of you found such a list?

Thanks a lot!

    Hi @BenediktB ,

Do you want to the resemble function in your PowerApps components?

You can add a Mail icon on the Text input box, set the onselect property to Launch("mailto:" & TextInput1.Text). Then it will link to the outlook when you click it.

    Best regards,

    Sik

    Hej,

    thanks for your reply.

What i try to resemble is the design not the functionality. I would like to create a PCF component that has the same grey box at the end of the input, but with a different icon. I could copy the CSS but i hope there is a better solution than that.

I could also include the awesome-font for the different icon, but i hope in the standard icon font is a icon i can use. To know this i need a list of icons that are available in the mentioned icon font.

    Hi @BenediktB ,

I think you are looking into Office Fabric UI (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric#/). I can see the same icon in their Iconography (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric#/styles/web/icons), it is called EditMail.

    Hope this will help,

That was what i searched for.

    Thanks!

I have now used the Office Fabric UI for the icon and copied the CSS from Sales.
