Attachments Not Saving in Power Apps Form Connected to SharePoint

When users upload attachments in our Power Apps form and submit the record, the attachments disappear and are not saved to the SharePoint list item. All other fields are submitted correctly, but the file attachments never reach SharePoint.

What We Verified:

Attachments are enabled in the SharePoint list.

Users have proper permissions (Contribute / Override Item Security).

DataCard Default = ThisItem.Attachments.

DataCard Update formula is configured correctly.

Attachments do not appear in the SharePoint item after submission.

As this is in power pages, please share screenshots (please paste them not attach them) so we can see what you have. Also are you using Patch or Submitform which both have a different ways of handling what you are asking. Patch itself will not work, and Submitting the Form works, but I'd like to actually see how the users are adding the attachments.

There are multiple reasons it could be failing to save them, but its confusing as you said they "upload to our form".

So you have a SharePoint Form or SharePoint Integration App, that is embedded in Power Pages?

I really need to see what you have.
