Hello. I'm very new to this and have built a Copilot that reads and summarizes internal procedures based on uploaded documents.

In this particular case, I'm asking the bot about paper statement fees. There shouldn't be any fees associated paper statements, as the document states $0.00 next to "paper statement fee." The bot sees the $0.00 and thinks there is a fee because of a numerical value being present. How do I stop Copilot from claiming that there is a fee, when in fact $0.00 is not a fee? Is there a way to "train" this bot?
