Hi All,

Can someone please tell me how can I create an entity called Team Name- if someone types, Team name is HR recruitment. I want to get that value as HR recruitment

Exactly like Person name entity( see the attached screenshot), if someone types, name is Gerardo Jaramillo the save value is- Gerardo Jaramillo.

I tried to create an entity called Ms Teams name, but I can't see a column to add the value, see the attached screenshot.

Hi @Vidanaw

I will suggest you to create entity first and through Power Automate you can recognize your name/string and then you can add your data in that entity. By default in bot we cannot create entity.

Hi @Vidanaw ,

If you don't find any solutions, you can configure inside Common Data Service (CDS) your entity and use Power Automate to get options and recognize teams/values.

I was wondering the same! It is easy to setup a team anme with some synonyms, but how do we teach the bot to simply recognize NN team names the way that name or age are identified even though the specific name or value is not specified. There must be some parsing logic somewhere for this?

In the meantime, you can keep adding team names and synonyms 🙂
