I have a model driven app with lots of lookup tables. When displaying all of the lookups on a form the repetitive default icon just clutters the user interface and it is not worth it trying to find or create a custom icon for all of my lookups. Dataverse should come with a default blank svg file so that makers can just replace the default icon with a blank image.
There are tools like IconEngine which simplify the process of finding, selecting, and implementing icons.
But if this is a suggestion for the Product Team to make changes to the model-driven app, I recommend posting it Power Apps Ideas and share it with the community to up vote for it.
