Expose Microsoft Health Bot as a Skill for Power VA?

I've setup a Microsoft Health Bot service and configured it as a skill and would like to tie it in to my Power Virtual Agent. I'm close but the error I get is:

To add a skill, it must first be registered.

Your global administrator can register the skill.

I'm guessing from the documentation error explanation that I need to register the health bot in Azure AD as an App registration but of course I can't find any documentation around how to do that. Any suggestions or help would be great, thanks!

hi @Galtigor here you have the official doc abour how to register an app in Azure AD

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/quickstart-register-app

Then you just need to create a key by selecting Add a client secret.

Ok I tried doing that and no dice.. still getting the same error out of PowerVA when I try and register the skill. Any other suggestions?
