Hello,
I created a Power apps where user can upload files that are then saved in a Sharepoiunt list. It works most of the time but for some users it keep failing due to a connection error in the flow (see attachment).

Any idea of how to solve this or it's just a bug in the Microsoft system?

Thanks

    Hi @tiziano-mb

The issue is that the token is expired.

Is it possible that the flow isn't used for 90 days?

Please go to connections and refresh the connection. Then it should work again.

Invalid connection, please update your connection to load complete details in Power Automate - Enjoy SharePoint

    Connection with Sharepoint flow error
    Hello SpongYe,
No it was created a few weeks ago and used a lot in the last week by many users, which most of them had no problem.
I even tested it with a colleague in the office and he had the issue a few time, and then it worked.
I wonder if it is just a netwrok connection issue.

    Thanks

This issue is not the flow; it's about the SharePoint connection.
Please check the Sharepoint connection in this scenario if the person testing it has a active SharePoint connection.

You can do this by going to Connections and reconnect the Sharepoint connection and make sure the status is 'Connected'.
Currently, it appears that the SharePoint connection in this scenario is inactive and needs to be refreshed.

Ok, so there is not much i can do if it's just the connection with Sharepoint that sometimes doesn't work, or there is something that can be done?
    Thanks
