i have a challenge while using a created model to build visuals, followed the videos, did the same thing but the result i am getting is not the same. please check on the attach for a clearer view of what i mean. i dont know if it will have to do with the date format, when i dragged the date column on dimdate to the schoolyear hieracchy, it was giving me quarterly etc, and when i created the relationship between contact and pu_student, the student names did not populate on the report side also the counts of loans did only gave me the sum total and not yearly base.
