App for Onboarding Casual Staff

Hi, I have setup an app using the onboarding template, however, I would like to also use the app for team members that are casual labourers - like they are with us for 6 months and not setup with Office 365 - as their particular job does not require them to have an email etc. Can I do this? I have tried and it doesn't seem to work. Or shall I just create them an email address and solve my problem!

... or what apps/programs would you suggest are better options. I need to track who has signed - off on reading each document for compliance reasons. Thanks

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you want casual labourers who does not have your company emails to use the  onboarding template?

Firstly, no matter who use powerapps, he need to has an email. Or else he can not log in.

Secondly, you could share the app to user outside your organization by adding the user as the app's guest, no need to create an email inside your organization for him.

    Here are the steps:

1)In azure admin center, select New guest user to add guest users

2)If the guest user doesn't already have a license in their home tenant, assign a license to the guest user.

3)Share the canvas app to this guest

To add guest to your talent, you need to do these firstly:

1)In Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), enable B2B external collaboration for the tenant.

2)Access to an account that can add guest users to an Azure AD tenant. Admins and users with the Guest Inviter role can add guests to a tenant.

3)The guest user must have a license with Power Apps use rights that matches the capability of the app

Here's a doc about this in details for your reference:

    Best regards,
