In the model driven app edit mode, click on Edit command bar, the Deactivate button options are greyed out as read only. When using the XRM ribbon bench, I was able to set the Deactivate button to hide. After that in the edit command bar mode, the button disappears. However the button still shows when running the app. Is this button locked down from any customization?
