Populate 2 columns on form based on one dropdown

Is there any way to do the following? If I have a dropdown (lookup) on a form, and select a row, based on that value, can I populate 2 additonal fields on that form. For instance,

Field A dropdown

User select line one on field A

Field B and C are populated by a table lookup from the value in field A.

@bdherh1 In the default property of Field B & C you an have LookUps to fetch the required data based on the value in Field A.

I'm sorry. I forgot to mention this is a Model Driven app. Pretty important. I know how to do it on a Canvas app. I'm new to Model Driven apps.

Just thinking about this and how I perceive model driven apps work, would adding a flow button to pull this be the only way to do it? It would require the user to click a button that would normally not be needed.

Suggestions?
