cannot delete environment

The following message displayed:
 InnovationChallengeTest (org8c300f2f) wasn't fully deleted. Retry deletion or contact support.
And I cannot create another environment because of reaching the limit.

    Hi @xilef,

     

    To delete an environment in PowerApps, please make sure you have followed the steps in this article. If you have already followed the steps correctly and still got this issue, please try to open a support ticket here:

    https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/ticket/
