CoE Starter Kit - Invalid connection when copying flows

I'm early on in the process of installing the CoE. When copying/saving the flows provided in the default solution, all are copying across except the two which use the "Power Automate Management" connector. Both have "invalid connection".

When clicking on the ellipses, the menu shown just flashes up for 1/100th of a second, there's no option to actually set a new connection.  I had to use video capture and replay it back in super slo-mo to get the above image.

The account is a global admin and has an Automate license.

I have the same question (0)

You are right. I found much more under sub levels I was not aware. It worked great. Thanks a lot!!!

You have to drill down through every stage of the flow, through all the "apply to each" and conditions.  Expand out every step. There will be one more to fix wayyyyy down in the depths.

I do have the same issue. How do you fix these yellow exclamation marks?

I have opened, selected the right connection, exclamations are gone, but by trying to save it says: Some of the connections are not authorized yet. If you just created a workflow from a template, please add the authorized connections to your workflow before saving.

I do not see any exclamation on my workflow...

You sir have saved my life 👍

It's a PITA to do but it works, haven't thought about this approach and you can even use a connection using an application user easier this way 😅

I figured out a way around it. Instead of just allowing the process to automatically create the connections, I had to edit the Flow and  go through each step which uses the connector and manually add the connection.  They'll be highlighted with a yellow exclamation mark. Just start at the top and open every step as the "apply to each" and "condition" will have additional steps inside.

Then "save as" as per the original instructions.

    Hello,

I've installed CoE this morning and facing the exact same issues; my admin account is Power Platform admin with MFA enabled so it might come from that...

I've found an article about it here: https://blog.peterdahl.net/2018/01/09/microsoft-flow-and-azure-conditional-access-azure-mfa/

I don't have the credentials to do it nor the time right now, can you give it a try if you have MFA enabled?

I also can't do anything to switch the connection account as the menu "flashes" as well.

Hi @grantreid, that's weird. I am using the CoE kit and was able to successfully setup everything. Can you try to create a dummy flow with using the Power Automate Management connector? So curious to see if that connector is the issue or if it's something else. Cheers
