i had made the bot completly and published it when it was completed but all of a sudden it is showing me an unexpected server error occured. i tried opening it in incognito mode, edge, firefox and even tried signing out but it still wont work. Can some one please give me a solution as soon as possible? i need to submit the project to my university in a few hours.

For this I think you will need to open a support ticket. Microsoft will need to check behind the scenes to try to recover the bot.

How do I mark a ticket ? And how long will they take to respond?

Use the Gear menu to go to the Power Platform Admin center. There is a Help + Support tab there. ON that tab you can create a new support request.
