Hi there,

I have setup a Model Driven app (MDA) and it looks like the time zone for created/modified columns is in UTC. I was able to go in and change the time zone in the Personalization Settings of MDA.

But many of the users are not able to make this change as most of the settings in this page are greyed out for them. What permissions do they need or do I need to change any settings within powerapps?
