SharedMailboxSendEmailV2 403 ErrorQuotaExceeded in Canvas App

Hello,

 

I succesfully implemented feature inside my App which allowed users to send mails from shared mailbox to external customers.

However since today I started to receive 403 ErrorQuotaExceeded message once I try to send it. So the action is not performed, error message pops up.

 

Mailbox is not exceeding it's quota - we can still receive and manually send mails via Outlook and it's working just fine. The only thing which doesn't work is to send it through app.

 

I tried to isolate the issue so I created another simple test app - same error. I notice that there is in total 91k messages in the inbox, so maybe it can be because of 100k limit and reaching 90% of it? I don't know if this is the limit, but just shooting ideas. 


Did anyone of you faced similar issue? Thanks in advance for help!
