Is there a bulk way to remove Security Roles from users who have had them direct assigned?

Hello brain trust.
 
We are using security groups, to provide roles in our Power Apps environments.
I've inherited this from an old project and need to remove all role permissions set against users directly.
Is there a way to do this in bulk?

    Both of these seem a little above my head for now.
     
    I did find you can at least get a list of users / permissions from the Centre of Excellence - Power Admin View App under Users > Security Role Permissions
