The users in my app are having trouble patching existing items in the SharePoint list. On my end when I tried, it worked. However, when the users does the same thing, it doesn't work. I gave all my users a member status in my sharepoint site.
Hi @JuliosJamby .
This has to be data permissions - your users will need at least Contribute permission on any SharePoint list they are patching to. What permission do they have currently?

@JuliosJamby ,
There is generally no other explanation for some users working and others not apart from permissions. What is your Patch code (in Text please)
@WarrenBelz I have share the sharepoint site with the user. Do I still need to share the specific sharepoint list with them?
Hi @JuliosJamby ,
Only if the list has "stop inheriting permissions" invoked. Go to the List Settings and then Permissions and see who has access.
Just checking if you got the result you were looking for on this thread. Happy to help further if not.
