PVA’s Topic can’t be removed

Hi everyone, I’m having trouble deleting Topics on Power Virtual Agents, which is showing error message as below:

The weird part is, while clicking on this topic, it jumps straight back to the page of lists, it's like this Topic never exists. Is this some kind of bug? How should I solve it?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Try to sign out, close all browsers, sign in again and delete the PVA topic.

    If the issue persists, take a look at your topic, check if there are any issues inside your topic. Fix the issues, save them and try to remove the topic.

    @Anonymous ,

    Are you getting the same issue yet?

    Can I help with anything else?

    @Jcook , could you look at my solution?

    Thanks!

    I have a similar issue and I can't seem to remove topic.  IT also won't let me disable the topic and when I open the topic, it is blank and acts like it is in a loading mode. Not sure what else to do as I am unable to publish with these errors as wells.  I can't fix the errors in topics because it won't even load.  I can't turn it off the topic because it shows me this below.  I am able to turn off all other topics that don't seem to have problems. TIA!

    Take a look at this other post, seems like it could be the same issue:

    Solved: Re: Corrupted conversation start topic "Crash" - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    Thank you for the information.  Glad it wasn't what I did which is what I was worried about.  I instead recreated a new bot and avoided any complicated things in it since I had to present this to a group and did not want to risk it.  It seems it only happened with either an entity, an adaptive card or conditions.  I just created a topic one by one and saved each time trying to narrow down my bug.  Now I am going to branch out using the other options but this time I will make a clean export of this bot.  THanks again for your help.

    I am still facing the issue after your instructions. The topic does not allow me back into the topic, it shows blank. Any other ideas of how to fix ?

    Hi @Anonymous , have you tried following this solution: Solved: Re: Corrupted conversation start topic "Crash" - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    You can copy the YAML of the topic into a new one and then manually delete the old, corrupted topic from Dataverse

    Great thanks, this worked. Is there anyway of preventing this in the future?

    The product team has identified the bug and is rolling out a fix, I don't have a precise date.
