Power Pages for Patient Portal

Would it be possible to build a Power Page to do the following? Also I would need help on thinking through the licensing

Imagine I have a dental office that currently does all of the patient scheduling over the phone. I would like to make a patient portal that allows the following:

1) Patients can login to the portal

2) Patients can see when new appointments are availably for a given dentist and book the appointment (this would require fetching the available appointments out of the existing Dental Management software...assume that I store the latest appointments in an SQL table)

3) Patients can upload an image of their insurance

I see that it is $200/month for a Power Page with 100 monthly users. Does this mean 100 unique logins in a month? If I have 400 appointments per month, would this mean it would cost 800/month? ($200 for 100 users, so $800 for 400 users?)

Let me start by saying Yes it's possible for you to build a Power Page site to do what you want. You should check pout Microsoft patient access portal

When it comes to licensing, your calculation is correct, the $200/month plan includes 100 monthly users, which means 100 unique logins in a month. If you have 400 appointments per month, you will need to pay $800/month for 400 users.

Hi Mandela, thank you for sharing the very helpful information about Pricing for Power Pages.

Also, I am intrigued about the Microsoft patient access portal. Could you help me understand pricing and licensing for this? It's unclear to me how much Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare actually costs? Is it something that could be attractive for a small practice (think 3 to 5 providers) or is it for much larger practices? Thanks!

Would not advice for small practice, you can check out the pricing here. It has some pre-requisits on other dynamics 365 apps you must have as well.  Deployment guide
