Admin Report with a log of errors that users encountered in the app

Is Power Apps tracking the user errors in the backend and is that data accessible? Or is there a way to send an email every time a user encounters an error?

For example, I'd like to track each time a user receives the error "Network error when using Patch function: Conflicts exist with changes on the server, please reload".

    Built in to PowerApps you have access to Settings -> Admin center -> Analytics -> Toast Errors:
