Hi! I have the same question!
First way as I understand - you can public the bot as a new tab (web).
Second way as I understand we should make a configure using the instruction in this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/configuration-hand-off-omnichannel. But I didn’t check it.

If someone know the right way - please tell us 🙂
