Lookup for field based on others...

Hi, I'm looking for perform a lookup on a DataVerse table called "Interview Questions" for the value of "Inquiry Answer". Ideally the lookup would include "Initial Scoping Interview Date" from the "Inquiry Question" column plus "General" under the "Inquiry Category" column.

Appreciate any insight.

Try:

LookUp('Interview Questions', 'Inquiry Question' = "Initial Scoping Interview Date" And 'Inquiry Category' = "General").'Inquiry Answer'
