Looking for assistance or advice.
Challenge: Want to use Copilot Studio Agent + knowledge data from Sharepoint (that has pdf, docx, jpg, png, eml, etc) Would also like to have the ability to add OpenAI to search for response(s) to added images from GPT4.
Problem: Added knowledge base but the agent does not appear to be using OpenAI for its response. It's referencing the sharepoint data ONLY. I added a power automate to call an API > my Azure AI Search but clearly doing something wrong.
The first 2-3 responses came back as expected but hours later it appears to be defaulting to the knowledge data from Sharepoint.
Lastly, need to understand best option: web app or integrate with Microsoft Suite?
