Good day everyone!
I am currently a student intern in a company and I have made a chatbot using PVA that must be published in the MS Teams of the company's employees.
The comment of my manager is as shown below:
One problem that I see is that my manager and I are not using the same organization mail, since one of my classmates, who is using an outlook can access the bot. . I am using a "@outlook.u*.edu.p*" while she and the whole company employees are using "@m**ila****.com."
Can someone help me with this?
Hello @CathBautista,
I don't know if I understand correctly, did you create the bot inside the corporate environment connected as a guest?
First check if you published the bot on the Teams channel where your manager is also part of, so it is possible for him to access it.
There is also publishing the chatbot to the whole organization, where a system administrator must approve the publishing for the bot to be available on the app store.
You can check this documentation about publishing the bot on the teams.
Publish to teams: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/teams/publication-fundamentals-publish-channels-teams
Add the bot to teams: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/teams/publication-add-bot-to-microsoft-teams-teams

Hi @CathBautista,
I would check a couple of things. First of all what kind of access and authentication have you configured for your chatbot?
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/configuration-security
Secondly, do you know if your app has been approved in the Teams admin centre?
Lastly, it could also be an app policy from Microsoft Teams. You might want to check if there is such a policy assigned to the account of your manager:
